ChefStead takes a different approach.

Our cookware is engineered around a titanium-clad cooking surface instead of a conventional chemical nonstick coating. Approximately 100,000 precision micro-dimples physically reduce the contact area between food and the pan, helping improve food release without relying on a conventional nonstick coating.

ChefStead is not completely nonstick. Proper temperature control and a small amount of cooking oil are still recommended. What we offer is honest performance, carefully considered materials, and cookware designed for long-term use.
